About Monica

Monica Pema founded Pema Mind & Motion with a vision to bridge the gap between mainstream science and holistic practice.  As a Holistic Kinesiologist (Dip. HK) with a BSc. (Hons) in Psychology* and an MSc. in Occupational Psychology, Monica saw the need for a grounded, integrated approach to movement and emotional well-being.

 

Today, Monica’s work spans globally, with the seasons of life woven into the heart of her philosophy. Growing up in the UK gave her a deep appreciation for both the visible and unseen ways seasonal shifts affect our internal and external worlds.

 

Metaphorically, each person journeys through their own seasons—times of growth, challenge, rest, and renewal. Monica’s role is to gently support this journey, empowering individuals to move through each phase with clarity, strength, and emotional awareness
