Course Description
The Conscious Practitioner Course is a comprehensive, two-level professional training that integrates kinesiology, anatomy and physiology, psychological, Chinese and Vedic principles to equip practitioners with the skills to work at the intersection of body, mind, and energy. Rooted in over 20 years of clinical and lived experience, this course is designed to support both emerging and established practitioners to expand their practice using the Mind and Motion technique—a powerful method that honours the body's wisdom and emotional intelligence. Central to the teaching is practitioner presence and awareness of the integral way ancient wisdom is connected to the body using kinesiology and using evidence based techniques to provide a whole body approach to healing. This course is self-led, Each module includes: •Workbook with reflective and practical exercises •Pre-recorded teaching videos •Pre-recorded group class sessions •Supplementary readings •Assignments (quizzes, case studies, reflections) •Monthly mentoring calls •Student clinic and community event participation Students take part in practical assessments, supervised casework, and self-paced learning supported by mentoring. It prepares studetns to confidently address physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances with an evidence-informed, trauma-aware, and client-led approach.
Level 1 : Foundations of a Conscious Practitioner
Level 1 offers a comprehensive introduction to kinesiology, emotional and energetic awareness, and practitioner presence. You'll explore muscle monitoring techniques, emotional expression frameworks, session flow, and foundational principles drawn from Chinese medicine, and contemporary psychological models. This level is designed for those who are: • Curious about the relationship between the body, emotions, and stress • Exploring a future in complementary health or somatic-based practice • Existing practitioners seeking new frameworks for client work • Interested in personal development and embodied learning Level 1 supports students to build foundational skills and awareness. By the end of Level 1, you'll have the confidence, clarity, and core skills to begin working with your family—or continue into deeper practitioner development.
